Through our strategic partner Solutions³ LLC, US Contracting and Procurement Officers are now able to purchase the NIST Cyber Security Professional (NCSP®) Training courses, from NCSP® Awareness, through Foundation, Practitioner, and a number of NCSP® Specialists courses for their US Government Department and Agency customers across Federal, State & Local, and Higher Education.
Utilizing the US Government’s General Services Administration (GSA) IT Contract, GS-35F-0519W held by Solutions³ LLC, the NCSP® Training courses are now available along with their IT Professional Services and additional ITIL® Training.
In conjunction with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13), contracts under $250,000 offer an easier federal buying process for both the Contracting Officer and Small Businesses. Unlike the normal bidding process, vendors do not have to supply an exact quotation for the service and/or goods. Simplified Acquisition Contracts allow Contracting Officers to pay with a SMART Pay Card or via a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and can be issued immediately and in large volume if required.

About the US Government General Services Administrations IT Schedule 70 Contract Vehicle
The Information Technology category of the MAS (GSA Schedule) Program offers IT Services, Hardware, Software, and a variety of specialty IT offerings. Previously known as IT Schedule 70, this is one of the largest government contracts. Consistently, Schedule 70 accounts for about half of the sales going through the GSA Contract program (all 33 GSA Schedules). IT Schedule 70 is a Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract under the GSA Schedule Program. The type of contract is called an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), which means that there are no orders or dollars attached to the award, but it is rather a channel for sales to flow through. It is the major US government procurement vehicle for IT products, software and Professional Services.
