3. Enable Inspiration
- We are providing schools and school children with books and other resources in the areas of cybersecurity – our profession’s future! Let’s help them!
- We commenced on this objective early in 2019 and are very excited about what is being achieved and the feedback we have received.
We have pledged to provide the following donations from the money we earn through job advertisements towards achieving these objectives:
- Featured Role £50.00
- Standard Role £25.00
We will also allocate 30% of the money we earn through our degree and training course directory listings to help pursue our CSR objectives.
We are passionate about providing opportunity, education and inspiration to both existing and future cybersecurity experts. According to a report by (ISC)², cyber security staff shortages have reached almost 3 million worldwide. We believe ensuring candidates have the experience required in the workplace is vital to bridging this gap. We also believe a new generation needs inspiring to look at cybersecurity as a career option, for a whole host of reasons.
We are a proud member of the Cyber Exchange, working to bring businesses at the forefront of cybersecurity together and inform other businesses on best practice and how to access the leading talent in any area of the industry.
In addition, we are a member of the Armed Forces Covenant, working hard to ensure that those who have served the UK in any capacity are supported and treated fairly. Through contributions from our recruitment services, we support the retraining or re-specialisation of service personnel to give them the best chance of finding work after military service.
Major changes to the multiple industries are proving that cybersecurity skills will continue to grow in demand across all sectors so ensuring our industry is fully prepared for the needs of a diverse range of businesses will require a broad range of skills and experiences.
And... we believe that helping others is just the right thing to do!
