Description

Our client, a multinational IT financial services company has an opportunity for Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to join their team in Kerry. The Kerry operation supports the company's IT operations in EMEA, America, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Their aim is to create a centre of excellence where the company meets its IT Governance and Regulatory Compliance. They are looking for an experienced person who becomes a part of the energetic team.

The company focuses on employees grow and support them in achieving goals.

Responsibilities

  • You will monitor and analyse external cyber threats to the company and the clients.
  • You will be responsible for continued surveillance of the cyber landscape.
  • Collect raw data from intelligence feeds, open sources, partner groups and internally-aligned cybersecurity elements as part of an all-source intelligence effort.
  • Analyse and synthesizes data to identify patterns, commonalities and linkages.
  • You will draw high-quality, appropriate and objective conclusions from information in a timely fashion.
  • You will research and analyse cyber-related intelligence topics. Evaluating cyber threat trends.
  • Responds to high-priority requests from stakeholders.


Requirements

  • 5+ Years’ of experience working in an intelligence analysis job function.
  • Must understand the cyber threat landscape.
  • Should be familiar with emerging technologies and trends and be able to identify what may impact the company.
  • Experience with collecting, analysing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources.
  • Knowledge of network security technologies, log formats, SIEM technologies and security operations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, multi-tasking and can work within strict timeframes.
  • Attention to details.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Security or a related field.
