Working for a major multinational, this important role will assist the Head of Business Continuity in providing assurance and operational accountability for effective Crisis Management, Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery arrangements regionally.
You will proactively assess the effectiveness of the resiliency planning assumptions and strategies and assist Regional Business Continuity Relationship Managers with the delivery of their annual programmes.
You will lead teams through crisis situations as one of the team’s Crisis Management Officers and work with stakeholders to ensure those with response roles are trained and prepared to respond to emergencies.
You will also act as an SME and first point of contact for the department for all RFI/RFP/RFQ enquiries from the business and champion internal SLAs for delivery of timely responses.
Candidates should have formal business continuity qualifications, with CBCI as a minimum and a good understanding of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) lifecycle, industry Good Practice Guidelines and ISO 22301.
Strong project management skills are advantageous.
